He is the author of Botswana Company Law Service (Juta, 2005); Mercantile Law in Botswana: Cases and Materials (Juta, 1998); and Company and Partnership Law in Botswana (Bay, 2010). He participated in the drafting of the newBotswana Companies Act 2003, and drafted the new Swaziland Companies Act 2009.
